Very disappointed with Prada store at Pavilion KL. My sister went to the store few days ago to repair a prada bag just the 2 handles, guess what, the sales girl said RM500.00 for repair, my sister has the warranty card and she bought the bag f6 months ago. Did Prada Pavilion give training to the staff, Prada is an international brand, how can Prada Pavilion gave the wrong information. My sister sent the bag to me in Singapore and I brought to Prada Ion for repair, guess what it was “FREE”, Prada Pavilion KL, Malaysia, please train your staff, shameful to give wrong information.
